Content: Free schools, Curriculum change, LA’s demise… what’s going on? Well it’s still school and the pupils will arrive again in the morning so what are we going to do with them and for them and the community we seek to serve? This session will look at true school and community leadership and public service. This session will provide you with an opportunity to develop and re engage with real purpose on the very important reasons that made us teachers and head teachers in the first place. What was I going to do, am I doing it, what happened and what do I still want to achieve? How do I get others engaged, energised and focussed on the future needs of our pupils and world? How do I give them the energy and optimism to take control of our futures and make school very very special for everyone.
As a result of this session day it is intended that participants leave
With a renewed sense of self belief and potential.
With the tools to develop a clear focus and the energy to achieve this aim
With an understanding of and be equipped to help staff control their thoughts, self talk and attitude in order to support and achieve the common and personal goals they will go on to set in the future
With some tools to dream big and develop personal accountability in others, to take responsibility to a far greater extent to bring about these goals with and for others
Pumped, sanctioned, valued and ambitious!
