NQT Learning Conference
Suitable for Primary and Secondary teachers alike, this conference will give NQTs an opportunity to reflect upon all aspects of classroom practice from classroom management to effective teaching and learning strategies.
The aims of the day are simple:
- To give NQTs an opportunity to swap, share and reflect
- To provide specific strategies to enhance learning that can be implemented with the minimum of fuss and preparation.

- Strategies to engage children
- Improving the plenary
- Dealing with negative and limiting self-beliefs
- Simple tips for effective behaviour management
